welcome to the Omega Place

almost a month ago. i finished Tokyo. and just a few minutes ago. i finished this book. the hell am i doing taking so long with this book?

oh. sorry. hurry to reviewing.

firstly, this book does not match what i imagine. well, i don't know whether it is a good thing or a bad thing. you decide.

secondly, this book gave me the thrill when it started but start to goes down eventually when you read it and goes up again when Dean Mayhew shows up.

in overall, it's a three side with different view on one thing. Omega Place.
First, there was the Omega Place team itself which consist of six people before Paul Hendry comes in. Orlando Welles, the head. Sky, the Old Timer. Izzy, the dark girl who in game with the head. Tommy, a mechanic who kinda fix everything. Rob, master thief. and Terri, the quick girl who rob keep hitting on.
Second, the Police squad who given out a task to investigate Omega Place. lead by Jane Mercer, her second-in-command Ray Salter and her workforce, Philips, Tony and etc...
Third, the underground team which wants Orlando to be dead. Henry Garden, Nicholas Garden and my favorite character. Dean Mayhew.

for me. it is an okay book. i still love Tokyo more than Omega Place.

that is all. the next piece i will read will be The Ice Cream Con by Jimmy Docherty from Chicken House.

all alone in TOKYO.

assalamualaikum...

firstly, this review will be in English as the book that i am gonna review this time is in English

secondly, it took me a while to finish this book because of all the things happening around and shit.

so. now. let me start.

to start it out, this book is actually published on 2006 but i only get my hand on this book on the Big Bad Wolf recently in Penang. this is the first of seven books that i managed to grab on that particular book fair.

so what is this book all about?

simple. a story of a boy. who his sister is missing. and thought that no one have ever done nothing. goes to the rescue. halfway around the globe. from London to Tokyo.

what interesting is how Graham Marks managed to twist the plot into something else. just starting it with one phone call.

but a bit disappointing when knowing it is all cause by the jealousy of Alice Reardon.

any way. the love story that happens between Adam Grey and Aiko Takashi is so romantic. but well. the story has to end when the good things happen.

anyway. Graham Marks really brought my imagination wild this time. and i hope he will do the same on the next piece that i am gonna read that is Omega Place.

that is all. thank you.
